Shipping terms

The shipping cost depends on the destination country and will be specified when ordering.

Free shipping on all orders from 200€ for the EU countries via UPS service.

Free shipping on all orders from 200€ for the none EU countries via post office. 

For Baltic countries Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia 3,50€  via DPD service.

For Baltic countries Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia from 100€  via DPD service.

UPS shipping on all orders is available at extra cost 15€  for the EU countries.

Goods are delivered within 3-20 days after payment and receiving payment confirmation. The delivery time depends on the destination country.

When filling out the order form, please input the most accurate data with the delivery address and write in the comments if you want to specify something (otherwise, If you specified an inaccurate address, zip code, phone number, or courier could not find you at the specified address, the delivery can be delayed)

The receipt of goods

Receiving the goods, be sure to check the goods thoroughly and to sign the receipt of the goods in the shipping list

In case of any damages and refusal to accept goods, be sure to make a free-form Act of defect and refusal to accept the goods.

If you decide to take the goods with defects, be sure to write on the shipping list, which defects you have noticed and that you agree to accept the goods.

The recipient’s signature on the shipping list indicates that the goods are delivered safely and the carrier does not accept responsibility for any defects and violations detected later.
